Where can I find you?

Although we have a private commercial kitchen space, we do not have a brick and mortar storefront that is open to the public. This means that in order to try our goodies you need to attend a pop-up event or market we're participating in. Another option to try our products is by placing a custom order!

Our kitchen is located in the southwest Knoxville, Tennessee area, and we're always happy to coordinate pickup points in one of the following places: Knoxville (Turkey Creek), Lenoir City, Maryville, Loudon, and Friendsville.

Do you make any items that aren't gluten free?

Nope! If you want an item that is not gluten free there are many fabulous bakers in the area that we absolutely recommend trying. In order to keep our equipment safe for celiacs, we do not use any products containing gluten and all of our equipment is dedicated gluten free.

With that being said - our goodies are so great that many people who don't need to be gluten free still love enjoying them!

What other allergens and diets do you accommodate?

Everything is gluten free, and many of our items can be made to accommodate dairy free and vegan diets as well! We also do not use oats or oat flour in our baking.

We do use tree nuts and peanuts in our kitchen, however we do our very best to avoid cross contamination while preparing items with those allergens. For those with severe allergies, unfortunately we are not a peanut and tree nut free facility.

At this time we do not have any sugar free options.

Do you use artificial food dyes?

With all of the concern surrounding artificial, numbered food dyes, we have decided to begin the process switching to more natural food coloring substitutes. We can use natural dyes upon request, and most of our goods are artificial dye free anyhow!
